    Normal, healthy pee actually has a yellow color from a pigment called urochrome. It's true that the darker that yellow becomes, the less hydrated your body is.

    A healthy adult bladder can hold nearly 2 cups of urine comfortably

    Kidney disease means that the kidneys are damaged and can't filter blood like they should. This damage can cause wastes to build up in the body

    Most people who are born without a kidney (or with only one working kidney) lead normal, healthy lives.

    6-8 glasses a day, normally the urine would pass through 5 or 6 times daily.
